
E.N. Duncan M.D.
A native of Cleveland Tennessee, Dr Duncan received his Undergraduate degree from University of Tennessee, Knoxville and his Doctorate in Medicine from the University of Tennessee Medical Units, Memphis. Dr. Duncan completed his ophthalmology training at Emory University and Grady Hospital in Atlanta Georgia. . He is Board Certified by the American Academy of Ophthalmology and is a current member of the Tennesee Academy of Ophthalmology. Dr. Duncan was honorably discharged as a captain from the United States Airforce.
For the past twenty nine years, Dr. Duncan has contributed greatly to the Cleveland/Bradley County community. His past services include president of the medical staff at Cleveland Community Hospital, Bradley Memorial Hospital, and Bradley County Medical Society. He has served 18 years as a member of the Cleveland City School Board and is currently an active Board member of the Cleveland/Bradley Chamber of Commerce He has also served on Board of Trustees at Bradley Memorial Hospital, United Way and The Boys and Girls Clubs of Cleveland.
Dr. Duncan is an avid tennis player and attends the Broad Street United Methodist Church.

Nancy M. Blank M.D.
Dr. Blank received her Undergraduate degree from Marquette University and her Doctorate in Medicine from the University of Tennesse, Medical School Memphis. Dr. Blank completed her Ophthalmology training at the University of Tennessee, Chattanooga. Dr. Blank is Board Certified by the American Academy of Ophthalmology and is currently the Immediate Past President of the Tennessee Academy of Ophthalmology and Medical Director of the Cleveland Surgery Center.
Dr. Blank is a current member of the Bradley County Medical Society, Tennesseee Medical Association, Tennessee Academy of Ophthalmology and the American Academy of Ophthalmology.
Dr. Blank's past services have consisted of president of the medical staff at Bradley Memorial Hospital, president of the Bradley County Medical Society, Bradley Health Care Foundation, Community Relations Committee, Young at Heart Committee, Associate Examiner for the American Board of Ophthalmology, Tennessee Academy of Ophthalmology Board of Directors and Chairman of the Third Party Payer Committee. In addition, she has served as the American Academy of Ophthalmology Secretariat for State Affairs and The Tennessee Medical Association CARE Committee, Governmental Services Committee and Constitution and By Laws Committee.
Dr. Blank is an active member of the Broad Street United Methodist Church.

Thomas W. McGuire M.D.
Dr. McGuire received his undergraduate degree from Wright State University and his Doctorate in Medicine form Wright State University School of Medicine. Dr. McGuire completed his Ophthalmology training at the University of Tennessee and Miller Eye Center in Chattanooga, Tennessee. He is Board Certified by the American Academy of Ophthalmology and was Honorably Discharged from the United States Navy.
Dr. McGuire has served as Past President of the Bradley County Medical Society and as Physician Representative for The United Way. Currently, he is a member of the Tennessee Medical Association, American Academy of Ophthalmology, Tennesseee Academy of Ophthalmology, American Medical Association and the Bradley County Medical Society.
In his free time, Dr. McGuire enjoys coaching Little League Baseball and attends St. Therese Catholic Church.
